This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”), along with the terms and conditions, outlines our procedures for shipping and delivering products purchased from the BRUINHOUT website.

We offer shipping and delivery services across India. To provide a seamless experience, we collaborate with leading logistics providers, ensuring your order is handled efficiently and delivered hassle-free.

  1. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We work with third-party logistics providers (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver your purchased products. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeline along with order details via email or SMS. While we rely on Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to manage shipping and delivery ourselves. The minimum to maximum time for delivery is 15 – 30 days.

While we strive to deliver across India, some areas may be unserviceable at our discretion. If your area is unserviceable, you will be informed during the order process.

To ensure timely delivery, we may request your name, shipping address, landmarks, and contact details. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in delays or failure of delivery, for which we will not be liable.

We will attempt to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. If you’re unavailable to receive the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to three attempts. After the third attempt, we may cancel your order and return the product, deducting any shipping and delivery charges from your refund.

Although we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistical issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or political disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Other uncontrollable circumstances In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS. We are not liable for any losses resulting from delivery delays, nor are we obliged to compensate for any claims arising from such delays.

While we engage reputable logistics providers, we are not responsible for the actions or behavior of delivery personnel. Any issues with delivery, including service deficiencies or misconduct by logistics staff, must be resolved directly with the logistics provider. We are not liable for any disputes between you and the delivery personnel.

Once your order is handed over to our Logistic Partners, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may vary based on product value, delivery area, and other factors. If shipping fees are applied, they will not be refunded in case of returns, except when the product is defective or incorrect due to our fault.

Upon delivery, the title and risk of the product pass to you.

Returns will be processed according to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, facilitated through reverse logistics partners.
