If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our
return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if notified withing 24hrs of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.
The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or modifications.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at bruinhoutinfo@gmail.com to initiate the
return process. Please provide your order number, reason for return and
video/photograph where applicable.
Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you a confirmation mail and detailed
instructions.
Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly mark the order Number on
the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We
recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or
error on our part.
In case of a defective or incorrect item, BruinHout will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10
business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges
are subject to product availability.
The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period,
cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
